transfer students
by Jodi Reed - Thursday, 18 February 2010, 04:36 PM

note from our president:

San Diego State University has redefined its admissions and transfer processes. The changes related to transfer students being implemented by SDSU, and other CSUs, have the potential of significantly affecting many of our students.

As a result, I would like to urge you to please encourage your students to make an appointment with a counselor as soon as possible to develop an educational plan. The SDSU transfer guidelines are specific and will be strictly applied. Our students interested in transferring to SDSU need to know and understand those guidelines so that they do not inadvertently do something that will undermine their chances of transferring to SDSU – such as taking even one class outside of SDSU’s service area, which includes Cuyamaca College, Grossmont College, San Diego City College, Mesa College, Miramar College and Southwestern.
